SEAI announced a grant of up to €2400 to all homes in Ireland who meet the following criteria:
Home was built and occupied before 2011
Have not previously supplied a grant for solar pv at that address
BER rating of C3 after installation of PV
Grant Amount
The grant works as a rebate and is received 3-4 weeks after install. SEAI have brought in a pre-approval scheme which gives the customer the peace of mind and guarantee of receiving the grant before any money is handed over.
If eligible you will receive €900 per kWp up to a maximum of 2kWp without battery. You will receive €300 per kWp above 2kw up to a maximum of 4kWp.
